Christmas zone conference in Zagreb was really fun with activities at the mission office, caroling in centar and a talent show at the mission home. Perry and I manned the photo booth which was fun. The Ward's and the Rand's fed everyone a delicious lunch and we bundled up and walked a bit to the city center for caroling. It's not easy projecting singing outdoors but we had a small audience who enjoyed hearing traditional and Croatian Christmas songs. Afterwards was free time to walk around Zagreb's well known beautiful Christmas Market. Later that night at the mission home it was time for a talent show. Perry made everyone laugh using his very authentic Sesame Street imitations to read part of a Sesame Book. Two of our Rijeka Elders played the guitar.
Saturday morning we had breakfast, zone conference and a delicious Christmas meal prepared by the two fun young senior couples- the Rands and the Ward's. Then we headed back to Rijeka to do last minute preparations for the baptism of a great young man that evening.
